Remembering Gil Gluck
by posted 04/11/2014

Moorestown Soccer Family,

We regret to inform you that we have lost one of our own.  Gil Gluck passed away this week.  After a heroic fight, he finally succumbed to stomach cancer.  He was a devoted husband and father and one of our most well liked coaches.  Through the years, he coached his children, Ellie, Sydney and most recently Coby's teams.  His family is in our thoughts and prayers this week.

Periwinkle blue is the color for Stomach Cancer.  For the next two weekends all MSC Home games, Boys and Girls will be played with a ceremonial blue soccer ball, the universally recognized color for those battling this horrific form of cancer.  Also, Coaches and parents are being asked to wear blue to both home and away games.

We are working on an additional memorial for the weekend  of April 26th, after the Easter break.  We will update you on those soon.
